The Problem

The Problem

A new autism diagnosis often means a hard conversation: can your center actually support this child? Too often, the answer is uncertainty for the family and for your staff. That uncertainty can mean losing a student, and the tuition that comes with them.

How Beltway ABA Helps

Beltway ABA Images (16).png

We provide on-call ABA support for children with new or existing autism diagnoses, working directly inside your classroom alongside your own staff. Your teachers stay in charge of the room while our therapist becomes part of the team, not a disruption to it. Since our team is trained to work within group settings, the rest of your classroom keeps its normal rhythm.

Why Beltway ABA Specifically

Classroom-trained BCBAs

Every BCBA on our team is also a licensed special educator with real classroom experience. This means we integrate into your existing teaching environment as a peer to your staff.

No cost to your center

Our services are billed through the family's insurance or Medicaid. There's no fee for our services to your daycare or preschool. You get the support your classroom needs without adding anything to your budget.

Flexible with any setting

We've worked in institutional daycare centers and in-home settings alike, and we adapt to the structure you already have. Whether you run a single classroom or a multi-room facility, we fit into your existing routine rather than asking you to build around us.

Fast, direct access

You work directly with our team from the first call. When a family in your care needs support, we move quickly, because a delay is a delay for the child, the family, and your classroom.

  1. A family in your care receives (or is pursuing) an autism diagnosis.

  2. You refer them to us, or we coordinate directly with the family.

  3. Services are billed through the family's insurance or Medicaid; there's no cost to your center.

  4. Our therapist integrates into your existing daily schedule.
